Massage Therapy

Obtain access to our nordic spa for $40 (9am to 4pm) with a purchase of treatments.

• Relaxation or therapeutic or pregnancy massage (60 minutes)$109
  

  This type of massage oil based on fluid, continuous and enveloping. Long stroking and sliding movements which as needed can provide deep tissue massage to relieve tensions. Particularly suitable for people under stress, it increases body awareness and achieves a state of openness, relaxation and abandonment.

• Hot stone massage (90 minutes)$169

  A technique practiced with flat and soft Basalt stones that will be used as a massage tool. The stones will be placed on key points of the body. Hot stones take its energy from Earth and have an effect of warming up muscles. It eases pain and improves blood circulation. This massage is an experience in itself and is very different from standard massages.

• Lymphatic drainage (90 minutes)$149
  A very subtle and superficial massage. A therapeutic massage technique with pumping and rhythmic movements of pressure and touches concentrated on the lymph node chain. It speeds up the lymphatic circulation and helps to eliminate toxins. It also acts on the independent nervous system (anti-stress effect) and reinforce the immune system.
• Maple exfoliant massage (60 minutes)$129

  This massage is done with a luxurious body scrub that exfoliates and moisturizes. The scrub is made of rich Bio-Maple^TM maple and pure vegetable oils, mixed to exfoliate the skin and improve microcirculation. Bio-Maple^TM contains the natural antioxidant vitamin-E, vitamins B1, B2, B3, AAH acids and calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus mineral salts that helps to revitalize dry and drab skin. It results in a soothing massage treatment that leaves skin smoother, more moisturize and attractive.

• Reflexology (60 minutes)$119

  Stimulation of the feet, hands and back reflex areas with sustained pressure on the thumbs on the feet followed by slow rotations on sensitive parts. This massage will detect certain organs weaknesses and will restore energetic balance. This approach lays on the principle that each organs correspond to a specific part of the extremities, following a different network than the one based on meridian.

• Reïki (60 minutes)$119

  Astonishing method which activates and reinforces self healing, it regulates the energetic system and encourages a full relaxation. This spiritual approach is done with the laying of hands. The therapist uses spiritual visualization techniques and gets a mental representation of the canal that crosses universal energy.

Aesthetic Care

  Make-up removal, cleansing, superficial exfoliation, specific serum application, massage, mask and application of moisturizer based on your skin type.

• Specific facial (75 minutes)$149

  Same technique as the facial but applying specific serums and lotions.

• Pedicure (60 minutes)$65

  Exfoliation of feet, massage, sanding of callosities, toenail clipping and application of nail polish.

• Manucure (60 minutes) $65

  Exfoliation of hands, massage, sanding of callosities, nail clipping and application of nail polish.

• Total hands care (75 minutes)$80

  Total care of hands including a manicure, a paraffin wax treatment to moisturize and help joints flexibility.

  Total care of feet including a pedicure, a paraffin wax treatment to moisturize and help joints flexibility.

• Caressing hands and feet wrap (30 minutes)$55

  A moisturizing lotion will be applied on your hands and feet before being soaked in paraffin. Paraffin will moisturize and soften skin.

• Extremities paraffin wax care (90 minutes)$109

  Hands and feet are exfoliated, massaged and soaked in paraffin then wrapped into heated mittens and boots.

  Inflatable boots massages your legs with alternative pressures to activate blood and lymphatic circulation.

• Body wrap$109

  A relaxation experience which will allow you a one hour escape from daily stress. We will apply a paste on your whole body. Then, you will be enveloped in a plastic wrap to encourage the penetration of the product and, furthermore, you will be covered with a heating covert.

This deep moisturizing care will clean your skin and leave it with a satin-finish. Then, with highly moisturizing lotions, your body will be massaged. It will leave you with a fresh sensation on the whole body.

• Heavy legs treatment$99

  This care is specifically designed for people suffering from legs circulatory problems. We will exfoliate; we will apply concentrate, clay mud wrap and a decongestant massage.

  This treatement begins with a back exfoliation, followed by concentrated applications which its goal is to decongest, relax and rebalance the back. Stimulating marine sediments and seaweed are applied to relieve back pain and rebalance the body's vital energy. The treatment ends by a gentle massage with milk body lotion.
